You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use mislibet. Creating an account on behalf of another person or providing false age information is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
Each individual may hold exactly one mislibet account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the payment method or device used — will be merged or suspended, and any bonuses obtained through duplicate registration will be forfeited.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to abuse or circumvent bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All transactions on mislibet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Verification of identity may be required before the first withdrawal is approved.

Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, match-fixing, money laundering, and any form of abuse toward mislibet staff or other players are grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the mislibet platform. This requirement is applied without exception. mislibet conducts age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
Age Restriction — 21+: The mislibet platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. It is illegal and a violation of these Terms for minors to register, deposit funds, or place bets on mislibet. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any remaining balance refunded to the original payment source.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. Access to mislibet and the availability of specific products may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. mislibet does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform in a restricted jurisdiction.
2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By registering, you confirm that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
2.4 Self-Excluded Individuals. Persons who have previously requested self-exclusion from mislibet or from any related gaming platform are not eligible to register a new account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a new name or payment method constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain exactly one account on mislibet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether through different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts detected will be merged or closed, and all bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep your account details updated at all times. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, is grounds for immediate account suspension.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mislibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify mislibet support immediately.
3.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not authorised by you. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested during any session conducted under your credentials.
3.5 No Account Transfer. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your mislibet account or any funds held within it to any third party.
4.1 mislibet is required to verify the identity of all registered users in compliance with its international online gaming licence obligations. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
4.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your use of the platform, and in all cases before your first withdrawal is approved:

5.1 Supported Methods. mislibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, and Retail Cash OTC. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). mislibet does not charge any platform-side fee for deposits or withdrawals.
5.2 Minimum Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. mislibet reserves the right to adjust these thresholds with reasonable notice published on the platform.
5.3 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, mislibet may request alternative verified payment details. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) to two (2) business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC completion.
5.4 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. mislibet will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the associated account reviewed for compliance.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. mislibet reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, published separately on the platform.
Payment Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via Raast and 1LINK are usually credited within a few minutes. Withdrawal timelines may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
6.1 General Terms. mislibet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account.
6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the mislibet platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms. Playing excluded games with bonus funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. mislibet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be subject to account closure.
6.5 Bonus Withdrawal. A withdrawal request submitted while active bonus funds remain in your account will, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, result in the forfeiture of outstanding bonus funds and any associated winnings derived from those bonus funds.
6.6 mislibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retrospectively affect a bonus that has already been claimed and is in active use.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on mislibet are subject to acceptance by the platform. mislibet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where a bet is placed after an event has commenced or where the odds displayed are the result of a technical error.
7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet receipt or confirmation reference. In the event of a technical failure that prevents confirmation being displayed, you should contact mislibet support immediately with details of the intended transaction.
7.3 Palpable Errors. mislibet reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to human error, data feed malfunction, or system fault — commonly referred to as "palpable errors." Bets voided under this provision will be refunded to your account balance.
7.4 Casino Games. All casino games on the mislibet platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed software providers. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel. mislibet does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.5 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are available on selected events. Odds in live markets are subject to rapid change. mislibet cannot guarantee that odds displayed at the time you initiate a bet will be the odds at which the bet is accepted. A bet will be accepted at the odds available at the moment of server-side confirmation.
7.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on mislibet. These limits may vary by game type, market, and user account tier. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mislibet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance: mislibet operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and match corruption. All suspicious account activity is reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with our obligations under international gaming licence conditions. Funds associated with prohibited activity are subject to indefinite hold pending investigation.
9.1 By mislibet. mislibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the user has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the user's account is being used fraudulently or for prohibited purposes; (c) the user has provided false registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.
9.2 By the User. You may request closure of your mislibet account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or Messenger. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms, and any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of KYC verification if not already completed.
9.3 Funds on Closure. Where an account is closed by mislibet due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where it is established that the funds were obtained through prohibited activity, they will be forfeited in their entirety. Where no wrongdoing is ultimately established, verified withdrawable funds will be returned.
9.4 Re-registration. Users whose accounts have been closed by mislibet due to a breach of these Terms are not permitted to re-register. Any such re-registration constitutes a further breach of these Terms and the new account will be closed upon detection.
10.1 All content on the mislibet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the website, is the property of mislibet or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mislibet platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any platform content; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software used in the platform; or create derivative works based on platform content.
10.3 All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the mislibet platform are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorised use of any trademark is strictly prohibited.
11.1 The mislibet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mislibet makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mislibet shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform; (c) losses arising from the failure of third-party payment processors including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking partner; or (d) losses caused by events beyond mislibet's reasonable control, including network outages, power failures, or regulatory action.
11.3 mislibet's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your mislibet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.1 mislibet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 mislibet uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and the platform servers. However, no method of internet transmission is completely secure, and mislibet cannot guarantee the absolute security of data in transit.
